Palm wax for candles in glass and ceramics C016 500 g

Palm wax C016 for making candles in containers. Heat the wax in a water bath, add colourant or fragrance, and pour into a prepared, pre-warmed glass, metal, ceramic or other suitable container. The melting point is 42–48°C; once set, the palm wax forms a frosted, ice-crystal pattern. Don't forget to choose a wick designed for palm wax to suit the diameter of your container, plus a wick sustainer tab. Before lighting for the first time, the candle must cure for at least 48 hours. Never melt it in the microwave!

This wax is also suitable for making so-called sand candles (or scooped candles). This means the wax doesn't need to be melted at all, if you don't want to. Making a scooped candle is therefore very simple. Just place a wick in a container, cover it with the fine sand wax, and you can light the candle straight away.

Never leave a lit candle unattended.
