A foundation enamel for copper base. It’ll create a transparent glass layer. It’s used straight on silver (as well as Art Clay Silver) as a transparent base (fondant) under transparent enamels. It’s especially advisable to put a thin layer of transparent enamel under pink, red and purple shades.
Classic powder jewellery enamel, transparent. It’s applied as a paste onto a metal foundation (copper or ACC) and after drying, it’s fired in a kiln at 800 °C up to 840 °C for approx. two to three minutes, based on the size of the piece of tin. It’s good to quickly peek into the kiln and the moment the enamel turns from powder to a smooth surface, it’s done. After cooling down, you can continue applying more enamels.
