Create a drawstring bag, a bunny toy and a purse with ears using this kit by Ababu. Kids will instantly fall in love with these unique accessories! The print is an original design and this kit is suitable even for those who don’t have much experience with sewing. Colourful borders will easily make any possible sewing irregularities invisible. Just cut it out and sew it together! All Ababu products are made with an emphasis on maximum quality as well as safety. Fabrics are digitally printed in the Czech Republic onto quality 100% cotton with a twill weave and a weight of 150 g. These fabrics are certified even for the youngest children up to 3 years of age (OEKO-TEX® - STANDARD 100).
Printed sewing instructions are included. To make it, you’ll also need fabrics for the back parts of the ears and legs (approx. 50 x 50 cm), stuffing material (approx. 500 g), a zipper for the purse and a string for the bag, which isn’t included in the pack.
TIP: For this purpose, try to recycle things that are no longer of use to you. You can use an old t-shirt or a bathrobe for larger pieces of fabric, an old pillow for stuffing, for example, and you can also breathe a new life into a zipper from a sweatshirt that you no longer wear. If the fabric is crumpled after taking it out of the pack and the parts don’t 100% fit on each other, just put them together and use a steam iron and they’ll be easier to sew together. The appearance of small light spots on the fabric is normal and isn’t considered a defect, as 100% cotton doesn’t allow for printing without minor flaws. Size of the printed fabric in the kit is 50 x 150 cm. Don’t dry the fabric or the finished product in a dryer, wash it in a washing machine at a maximum of 30 °C. This kit is packed in a beautiful recycled box and is also suitable as a unique gift.
