Create a figure of Ray from Star Wars using the technique of diamond painting, meaning gluing colourful little stones onto a pre-prepared design. The individual colours that you need to use are marked on an adhesive wooden board in the shape of the figure. Just pick a design, grab an applicator and start crafting. When the work is done, remember to press the stones evenly onto the board (e.g. with a book or a chopping board) to make sure that they are glued everywhere and with the same quality. Applying the stones is very easy. You can scoop up a bit of wax from the wax pad into the tip of the applicator, the diamonds will then hold in the applicator nicely. You can insert the finished product into the wooden stand included in the pack to display your piece. The kit contains a self-adhesive wooden board with a template, a wooden stand, colourful stones ("diamonds"), an applicator, a wax pad and a tray for diamonds. Diamond painting is a great form of crafting with older children. It helps develop their patience and concentration. Due to the size of the diamonds, crafting should only take place under adult supervision. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
