This set of hog bristle brushes from the Art Creation line is suitable for various painting techniques, such as oil, acrylic as well as tempera painting or gouache. Hog bristle is a robust type of hair used for working even with denser paints. These bristles have natural white colour, they’re thick and flexible, stroke marks remain in the paint. These brushes have long lacquered handles in light wood colour that are pleasant to hold and easy to work with. To preserve the lifespan of the brush for as long as possible, wash it with warm water immediately after use (in case of painting with oil paints, use a thinner first), and then shape the brush into its original shape. Store the brushes upright, with the hair up. This set contains 10 brushes altogether, specifically these types and sizes: round brushes sizes 2, 6, 10, 14 that are suitable for painting details; brushes in the cat tongue shape sizes 8 and 12 that are suitable for painting areas as well as details; flat brushes sizes 6, 10, 14, 18 that are suitable for painting large areas and for uniform strokes. The length of the brushes in this set ranges from 28 to 30 cm.
