Silk threads and strings

Silk threads and strings are ideal threading materials for simple stringing of necklaces, for example from well-known Preciosa Components pearls. They’re also often used for the knotting technique. Thanks to their properties, they’re ideal, for making layered bracelets, for example, with a combination of Miyuki Delica luxury rocailles. 100% silk will ensure that working with the material will be comfortable and that your jewellery will look grand. There has been a small wire attached to the thread beforehand and it works as a needle. So you don’t have to tediously thread a needle and you can jump straight to beading. Since the material is quite pliable, it’s possible that the thread will be scrunched after unwinding. Just wet the thread with water, stretch it and leave to dry naturally in order for it to get back into its original state.
