Returns and complaints

• Have you made a mistake during your purchase?
  Do you want to change something in your order? If we haven’t already packed your package, we can change it for you. Just write us an e-mail to info@manumi.eu.

• Do you need to return or swap something?
  If a particular good isn’t damaged or used, then we can swap it at any time within 14 days. Just send us your purchase back to this adress: Manumi, Na Vršku 4057/18, Jablonec nad Nisou, 46601, Czech republic. We’ll then confirm its receipt and we’ll send the money back to your account.
