At present, the company works under the estrela® brand and it offers a wide variety of refinements, which are regularly modified to stay in touch with trends and to present globally unique decors. Product certificate 2016 provides information about the ecology of the company as a whole. Production device Estrella Es-Press uses the newest and the most ecological technology. When using the products according to instructions, there is no health risk.

Second certificate deals with special technology ENT Estrela Neon, esNEON®, which is a unique way of surface refinement of the glass pressed pieces. You can find out more below.

Third certificate C1-Pb-2016 discusses health protection. In the first part, the company pledges that none of their products contain heavy metals (cadmium, lead, chromium, nickel, mercury) and it also affirms that their products area antillergic and have a long lifespan. ENT technology is dealt with in the second part.

Pressed beads without heavy metals - ENT technology (Estrella Nano Technology)

The final appearance and quality of the beads depends not only on the glass that the bead is made from, but also on the surface treatment. The Estrela company developed the ENT technology, which ensures excellent chemical and mechanical resilience.

Ultrathin special lacquer layers are thermally fixed to the glass pearls’ surface at 200°C. Chemical bond between the glass and the lacquer sets in during the fixation. The technology is also used for packaging and decorative glass refinement.

Advantages of ENT refinement:

• excellent adhesion to glass - lacquer layer does not peel off around the holes
• very good resistance against abrasion and scratching
• colours are permanent and do not change even under the influence of heat and UV light
• high stability and chemical resistance against acetone, alcohol, cosmetics (perfumes, hair spray, etc.) and sweat
• water resistance - can be rinsed or washed by hand at 40°C
• does not contain heavy metals (cadmium, lead, chromium, nickel, mercury)
