Circle paper cutter with extra blades can cut out a precise circle with the diameter from 40 mm to 230 mm. You can easily achieve the required diameter by setting it and tightening the screw, then stick the point of the cutter into the intended centre of the circle and subsequently make a precise circle with the blade.
