Art Potch Varnish and Glue Hobby line 150ml is a napkin varnish and glue in one, giving older items a new, distinctive look. In the first step, apply the base colour and let it dry. Then cut out the motif from the napkin, use only the top layer of the napkin, and place it onto the item. Apply Art Potch over the whole napkin, especially the edges of the napkin, to prevent it from peeling off.
