Macramé cord is used for making decorations and jewellery using the knotting technique or macramé. Before you choose your cords, it’s important to think about what you’re planning to make. If tassels, fringes or pom-poms are to be a part of your design, you’ll need a fraying cord (you can easily recognise it by the comb icon in the product picture). If you want to use the cord for crocheting, knitting or making decorations with stronger construction, such as table mats or plant hangers, choose a twisted cord.
