PENTART contour paint neon 20 ml pink is a water-based paint. It’s suitable for painting on paper, wood, stones and other common surfaces. It’s most often used for outlining designs, highlighting contours and making 3D decorations. When painting on glass, you can combine it with glass or porcelain paints, be it water- or synthetic-based. Porcelain baked in an oven can be washed in a dishwasher. When painting on fabrics, contour paints prevent the other paints from seeping out and after setting them (by ironing), you can wash the fabrics in a washing machine.
